Getting There:

The Maldives is easily accessible from most major airports around the world. From there, you can take a short flight to Malé International Airport, where you will be welcomed by the stunning views of the turquoise waters and lush greenery that the Maldives is famous for. From the airport, you will take a speedboat or seaplane to Sun Island, which is located in the South Ari Atoll. 

we took Emirates air lines flight from Dubai International Airport to Male airport. which took almost 4:30 hour to reach there. Maldives provided us visa on arrival, the process was smooth and hassle free.

Sun Island Resort & Spa:

After doing a lot of research we finalized our stay at Sun Island resort. we compered prices and facilities which were offered in same star ranked hotels.Sun Island Resort & Spa is a luxurious, all-inclusive resort that offers guests a truly unforgettable experience. The resort spans over 8 hectares of lush tropical gardens, surrounded by crystal-clear waters, white sandy beaches, and a vibrant coral reef. With its perfect location, this resort is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immerse yourself in the beauty and tranquility of the Maldives.

Getting There:

Sun Island Resort is located in the South Ari Atoll, approximately a 45-minute flight from Malé International Airport. To reach the resort from the airport, we took a flight from Male International Airport to Villa International Airport, 1.9 miles from Sun Island Resort & Spa. this flight was included in our Package so we just contacted at Resort counter that was available at male Airport.

Flight: This is the most popular and quickest mode of transportation to reach Sun Island Resort from Malé International Airport. The Flight took approximately 45 minutes and is a scenic flight over the turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean.

Speed Boat:  After reaching Villa Airport Speed boat was ready to take us to Resort. which takes approximately 10 minutes. we again enjoyed breathtaking aerial views of the Maldives and arrived at the resort in style.

Accommodation:

Sun Island Resort & Spa offers a wide range of luxurious accommodation options, from spacious beachfront villas to overwater bungalows with private plunge pools. Each room is tastefully decorated in traditional Maldivian style and equipped with all the modern amenities you would expect from a top-class resort, including air conditioning, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi.
